Family Photos: Danielle + Shawn

Once in awhile when I’m going through a session I come across a photo that I think just screams “US!”.  The interaction between family members, the expressions, and the environment.  When I came across the one below a smile spread across my face and I knew it was “Them”.

I recently had a session with a very good friend of mine and her family.  They came to visit me downtown and we went on a little tour of Gastown and had a mini photo session in the process, even though the kiddies weren’t really in the mood for it cause it was hot and quite sunny out we got some awesome photos, including this one.

Sure they aren’t all smiling even looking at the camera, but the closeness, the expressions, the feeling….something about this photo makes me smile.
