Family Photography: Pattrick Family
Oh my goodness, this session was so much fun! I had the chance to work with 3 amazingly beautiful young ladies along with their adorably cute parents. When we all arrived at the session I think I can say all of us were nervous; them because they were being photographed, me being because I’ve never worked with such a age group before. I knew it was going to be a moment of growth for me. It was and I loved it.
Charne’ emailed me a couple of months ago telling me that she wanted to give her mom something special for her birthday and thought family portraits would be a good idea. I thought it was fantastic! So we had to wait for my wedding festivities to be over and a open in all of their busy schedules and walla….we found a date that worked for all of us and a location that spoke to all of our hearts.
Meet the awesome Pattrick family:

We spent the whole session around Stanley Park where we got beautiful views of downtown Vancouver
as well as the North Shore Mountains. This location makes me so thankful that we live in such a beautiful city every single time I come here. The Pattrick’s moved to North Vancouver from South Africa so I knew they probably appreciated the location just as much I as did, if not more.

This photo cracks me up.

Mother’s love..there is something so special about it.

The girls have similar photos taken of them in a tree in South Africa.

Okay, how cute are these two photos, really?!

Des and Allison’s wedding Anniversary is on the 29th of August, so we took a little bit of time during the session to get some photos of just the two of them. They are so darn CUTE!

The Pattrick’s!
